[目的]评价块状Bio-Oss在上颌窦提升术中的成骨效果.[方法]建立上颌窦外提升实验犬模型,运用外提升方法施行上颌窦提升手术,植入块状Bio-Oss后同期进行种植体植入术.[结果]手术切口一期愈合,无感染、排斥反应及植入物脱落.术后3个月组织学观察结果可见Bio-Oss与固有骨牢固结合,新生骨生成率为14.5%±4.3%,种植体周围骨爬行高度为(6.8±0.2)mm,骨-种植体结合率为63.1%±7.1%.[结论]块状Bio-Oss提升上颌窦,塑性好,组织相容性好,成骨性能稳定.
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of massive Bio-Oss on the osteogenesis of maxillary sinus surgery. [Methods] To establish the experimental model of maxillary sinus augmentation, and use the external lifting method to perform maxillary sinus lift surgery. At the same time, implant implantation was performed at the same time. [Results] There was no significant difference in infection, rejection and implants after surgical incision in the first phase.Histological observation at 3 months postoperative showed that Bio-Oss firmly bound with the native bone, The rate of bone-implant fusion was 63.1% ± 7.1%. [Conclusion] Massive Bio-Oss enhances the maxillary sinus with good plasticity, Good tissue compatibility, stable osteogenesis.
