为了解决枢纽机场航站楼旅客行李认领区的拥挤状态,提高行李认领效率,分析了静态行李提取模型的不足,以现有单航班单行李认领动态模型为基础,考虑了一条行李转盘可同时处理多个航班的行李,同一旅客交运的多件行李不能保证同时到达目的地机场的行李转盘的实际情况,提出了多航班多行李提取模型,分析了不同需求下的行李提取区拥挤状态。分析结果表明:在单航班单行李条件下,有约9 min旅客密度超过了1.0人·m-1,行李提取服务水平低于E级,在多航班多行李条件下,有约8 min旅客密度超过0.6人·m-1,服务水平达不到C级,因此,新模型分析效率高。
In order to solve the problem of congestion in the passenger baggage claiming area of the terminal airport and improve the claiming efficiency of baggage, this paper analyzes the shortages of the static baggage extracting model. Based on the existing single baggage claiming dynamic model, a baggage carousel can be considered simultaneously The baggage of multiple flights and the baggage delivered by the same passenger can not guarantee the actual situation of the baggage carousel that arrives at the destination airport at the same time. A multi-flight multi-baggage extraction model is proposed and the congestion status of baggage extraction zones under different requirements is analyzed. The analysis results show that under single-bag single-luggage condition, the passenger density exceeded 1.0 m-1 in about 9 min, the service level of baggage-taking service was lower than that of E-class, and the passenger baggage density was about 8 min in multi- Over 0.6 people · m-1, the service level does not reach C level, so the new model has high efficiency.
