通过对国内某钢厂DH36高强度船板钢轧制成型之后的成品板材进行研究,利用数学模拟的分析方法,建立了DH36高强度船板钢主要化学成分与基本力学性能之间关系的数学模型,并在此基础上重点分析了各元素随Mn含量的变化对力学性能产生的影响.结果表明:在相关成分允许的波动范围内,Mn元素对冲击功的影响主要呈斜率为负的直线关系,对屈服强度、抗拉强度、断面收缩率的影响也均呈直线关系,但斜率规律与其他元素的含量有关,需具体分析.
