自从20世纪90年代日本泡沫经济崩溃以来,人们在剖析日本经济体制弊端的同时,开始从知识经济时代新的视角对日本企业终身雇佣制进行反思。日本企业独特的雇佣制度的人力资源管理模式在知识经济时代到来时,暴露出了种种问题和弊端。笔者将在分析日本式终身雇佣制特征和存在问题的基础上,进一步研究和探讨21世纪日本式终身雇佣制的新变化及新对策,最后分析和借鉴对我国企业的人力资源的管理与改革的一些启迪作用。
Since the collapse of the Japanese bubble economy in the 1990s, people have begun to reflect on the lifetime employment system of Japanese companies from a new perspective of the era of knowledge-based economy while analyzing the shortcomings of Japan’s economic system.
