用晚孕兔肝受体建立血清人生长激素(hGH)的放射受体测定法(RRA),本法灵敏度为90±11 pg/管,特异性高,仅与人泌乳素有2.4%的交叉反应,准确性好,肢端肥大症病人血清的稀释曲线与标准曲线完全平行,重复性较好,批内和批间变异分别为11.3~13.3%和7.7~18.8%。64例正常成人空腹血清RRA hGH水平平均为1.2±0.3 ng/ml(M±SE),其中57例hGH水平<1ng/ml. 23份活动性肢端肥大症病人血清hGH平均为98.7±33.7 ng/ml,明显高于正常人.证实RRA hGH能较好地反映hGH分泌功能.
