目的:探讨PDCA循环在宫颈细胞DNA倍体分析质量管理中的应用效果。方法:成立质量管理小组,对宫颈细胞DNA倍体分析实行PDCA循环管理责任制,运用PDCA循环管理方法设定质量管理重点,制定PDCA循环改进方案,收集资料、找出存在问题,分析宫颈细胞DNA倍体分析质量管理缺陷的原因,采取改进措施,通过计划、实施、检查、处理4个阶段进行实施。结果:实施PDCA循环前后,宫颈细胞DNA倍体分析质量假阴性率、假阳性率分别由2.1%、1.9%下降至1.4%、1.1%,阳性预期值由0.26上升至0.49。结论:应用PDCA循环法对宫颈细胞DNA倍体分析进行质量管理,有利于提高宫颈DNA倍体分析诊断质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle on the quality control of cervical cell DNA ploidy analysis. Methods: The quality management team was set up to carry out the PDCA cycle responsibility system for cervical cell DNA ploidy analysis. The PDCA cycle management method was used to set the focus of quality management. PDCA cycle improvement plan was made and data were collected to identify the existing problems. Ploidy analysis of the reasons for the quality management defects, to take improvement measures, through the planning, implementation, inspection, handling four stages of implementation. RESULTS: Before and after the PDCA cycle, the false negative rate and the false positive rate of cervical cell DNA ploidy analysis decreased from 2.1% and 1.9% to 1.4% and 1.1% respectively, and the positive predictive value increased from 0.26 to 0.49. Conclusion: PDCA cycle method for quality control of cervical cell DNA ploidy analysis is conducive to improve the diagnostic quality of cervical DNA ploidy analysis.
