穿透深度是反应器研究中一项很重要的内容 ,利用水模型实验考察了圆射流与平面射流冲击熔池时的穿透深度 ,通过理论分析和计算分别给出了它们的相关准数表达式 :圆型射流的穿透深度H/d0 =1.79(Re) 18(Fr) 14 ;平面射流的穿透深度 Hde=1.4Re12 0 Fr12 We15。并得出在出流面积、出流速度、射出距离相同的情况下 ,并保证一定的厚度 ,平面射流的穿透深度比圆型射流的穿透深度要大 ,这为将平面射流应用到冶金工业上提供了理论指导。
