运用问卷调查法,通过对上海市中小学体育教师专业发展进行调研,了解到体育教师专业发展的基础状况、在职培训及教学反思等情况。结果表明:上海市中小学体育教师整体专业发展水平有待提高,体育教师参与在职培训和专业发展的期望强烈,体育教师在职培训的途径和方式单一,希望培训内容更具操作性和实用性。
Through questionnaire survey, through the research on the professional development of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai, we learned the basic situation, professional training and teaching introspection of PE teachers’ professional development. The results show that the overall professional development level of PE teachers in primary and middle schools in Shanghai needs to be improved. The expectation of PE teachers participating in on-the-job training and professional development is strong. The ways and means of on-the-job training of PE teachers are single. The content of training is more practical and practical.
