作者在总结前人研究工作的基础上,提出了使用草酸——盐酸为混合催化剂合成T.M.D的新合成法。并且借助于正交实验与验证实验提出了合成T.M.D的最佳条件,使产品产率提高到90%以上,远超过单独使用盐酸为催化剂的经典合成法。 作者还从有机物的结构,分析并提出了酸催化法合成T.M.D的可能历程,说明了草酸在提高产品产率上所起的作用。 作者将合成的T.M.D产品应用于环氧树脂——马来酸酐体系,数据显示它是一种优良的促进剂。
On the basis of summarizing the previous research work, the author proposed a new synthesis method of synthesizing T.M.D using oxalic acid-hydrochloric acid as a mixed catalyst. And by means of orthogonal experiments and validation experiments, the optimal conditions for the synthesis of T.M.D are proposed, and the yield of the product is raised to more than 90%, far exceeding the classical synthesis method using hydrochloric acid alone as the catalyst. Based on the structure of organic compounds, the author also analyzed and proposed the possible process of synthesizing T.M.D by acid catalysis, and illustrated the role of oxalic acid in improving product yield. The authors apply the synthesized T.M.D product to the epoxy-maleic anhydride system and the data show that it is an excellent accelerator.
