目前,我国市场竞争日趋激烈,各企业身处于复杂的社会经济环境中,传统过时的企业制度已经不能满足企业现代化管理的需要。在竞争加剧的影响下,企业想在市场竞争中取得良好的经济效益,必须重视内部控制制度的建设,完善内部控制体系,以防范经营风险、规范企业行为,确保经济目标的实现。由于我国存在大量的中小企业,大多处于“低小散”的劳动密集型产业,加之缺乏科学的管理体系,严重地阻碍了企业的发展,在市场竞争中处于劣势。本文探讨加强企业内控制度建设的意义,结合企业内控过程中产生的问题提出看法及解决措施。
At present, the market competition in our country is getting fiercer and fiercer, all enterprises are in a complex social and economic environment, and the traditional outdated enterprise system can no longer meet the needs of modern enterprise management. Under the influence of intensified competition, enterprises want to obtain good economic benefits in market competition. They must attach importance to the construction of internal control system and improve the internal control system to prevent business risks, standardize the behavior of enterprises and ensure the realization of economic goals. Due to the existence of a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, most of them are in labor-intensive industries with “small and small ones”. In addition, the lack of a scientific management system seriously hinders the development of enterprises and puts them at a disadvantage in market competition. This article explores the significance of strengthening the construction of enterprise internal control system and puts forward opinions and solutions in light of the problems arising from the internal control of the enterprise.
