目的探讨增加血浆含量对血小板体外保存质量的影响。方法将采集的12人双份共24个治疗量的血小板分为A、B 2组,A组为观察组血浆含量为280 mL/治疗量,B组为对照组血浆含量为200 mL/治疗量,2组均放置在(22±2)℃血小板保存箱震荡保存;分别在0、1、3、5 d时检测血小板计数、血小板平均体积(MPV)、pH值、血小板体外聚集反应和血小板活化率。结果 2组相比,血小板计数、MPV随时间的延长变化不显著(P>0.05);同一时间段A组的pH值较B组下降较慢,差异有显著性(P<0.05),血小板聚集反应随保存时间的延长而下降,A组较B组下降较慢(P<0.05),保存5 d时CD62p A组15.1±2.37(%),B组54.3±4.07(%),血小板活化率随保存时间的延长而升高,B组比A组升高较快(P<0.05)。结论增大保存血小板血浆的含量可以提高血小板体外保存质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of increasing plasma content on the quality of platelet in vitro preservation.
