“The sports without the losers” was first proposed by Professor Soo-Sang Kin, a sociologist at Aichi University of Education in Japan. In October 1995, Yingshan Jian came to Nanjing Normal University to give lectures, and the Tropics Movement (meaning no loser’s sport) was introduced into China. Toropus’s extensive meaning is that there is no losing game. In other words, no matter who wins or loses the game, everyone can get happiness from sports. In the past, some people showed aversion to sports or lost confidence in sports activities, and Trops was created to allow these people to re-awaken enthusiasm and continue to engage in sports. Before discussing the teaching of endurance running, let us first look at what this connotation means.
