红细胞是吸附凝集素的天然载体,利用红细胞分离凝集素是一种经济可行的方法。本文在探讨红细胞对植物凝集素吸附和解吸附的基础上,成功地从人胎盘组织中分离到了乳糖专一性凝集素。
Erythrocyte is a natural carrier for lectin adsorption, the use of red blood cells to separate lectins is an economically viable method. Based on the study of adsorption and desorption of phytohemagglutinin by erythrocytes, we successfully isolated lactose-specific lectin from human placenta.
