本文观察伽马射线对华支睾吸虫存活和发育的影响,对作为一种控制华支睾吸虫措施的可行性作了评价。材料和方法在华支睾吸虫流行区釜山市附近的Nakdong河采集5~8cm长的麦穗鱼。从鱼消化物中分离囊蚴,洗净存放在冷生理盐水中备用。实验一:将1000条囊蚴分别放入含20ml生理盐水的平皿中,将这些平皿分别放在MK1-68Cs~(137)伽马辐射器转盘上。改变照射时间,使囊蚴获得5~100Gy(1Gy=100rad)的照射剂量。照射距离40cm,频率3Gy/0.79min。实验二:照射麦
This article observes the effect of gamma rays on the survival and development of Clonorchis sinensis, evaluating the feasibility of controlling Clonorchis sinensis as a measure. MATERIALS AND METHODS Five-to-eight-centimeter brooms were collected from the Nakdong River near Busan, a endemic area of Clonorchis sinensis. Isolation of metacercaria from fish digests, wash and store in cold saline for later use.
