我们在1986至1987年福建省罗源县日本长牡蛎土池育苗工作中进行了一系列的室内外观测和实验。怀卵量为2500~3000万(壳高9cm),或3.0~3.8万/克肉重,受精孵化率为65—95%,是性腺成熟的定量指标。一龄亲贝不易达到这一标准。大潮前后海区亲贝在性腺指数达42%以上时,1—3天内能出现性细胞的排放。这一结果可对海区亲贝性细胞的排放进行预测。亲贝的关水暂养能促使海区亲贝性腺的进一步成熟。经足够的阴干升温刺激的亲贝,不经流水刺激也能引起性细胞的排放。
We conducted a series of indoor and outdoor observations and experiments during the seedling raising of Japanese oyster earthworks in Luoyuan County, Fujian Province from 1986 to 1987. Fecundity is 2500 ~ 30000000 (shell height 9cm), or 3.0 ~ 38000 / g meat weight, fertilization hatching rate of 65-95%, is a quantitative indicator of gonadal maturation. One-year-old pro not easy to reach this standard. Before and after the tidal wave pro-gland in the sea when the gonadal index of 42% or more, 1-3 days can occur in the discharge of sex cells. This result predicts the emission of progenitor cells in the sea. Pro closure of the water holding capacity to promote marital progenitor gland to further mature. Sufficient enough to stimulate the heat of the pro-shell, without flowing water can also cause the discharge of sex cells.
