小组学习,在新课改背景下得到更加广泛的运用。其在提高教学效果和发挥学生学习的主观能动性等方面的作用不言而喻,但同时,由于学生合作不主动、不全面、不充分和教师角色转换不到位等诸多原因,又产生了许多的问题。就这些小组合作学习中的低效问题进行分析,并探讨相关解决策略。
