羟基磷灰石是牙体硬组织和骨组织的主要成分。近10年来国内外对其进行了大量的研究并应用于临床,证明羟基磷灰石人工骨(Hydroxy Apatite,HA)是一种生物相容性极好的骨代用材料。而HA致密多晶羟基磷灰石人工骨(HA)不同于普通的非致密羟基磷灰石及其骨代用材料,它具有致密不吸收、无毒、诱导新骨形成的作用。HA在口腔科的应用已有很多的报道。笔者应用HA修复乳、恒牙髓室底穿,并进行了1年的随访观察,与传统氧化锌丁香油糊剂、氢氧化钙糊剂进行对照比较。
Hydroxyapatite is the main component of dental hard tissue and bone tissue. In the past 10 years, lots of researches have been done at home and abroad and applied to clinic. Hydroxyapatite (HA) is a kind of bone substitute material with excellent biocompatibility. The HA dense poly hydroxylated hydroxyapatite artificial bone (HA) is different from the common non-dense hydroxyapatite and its bone substitute materials, it has the role of dense non-absorption, non-toxic, and induce new bone formation. The application of HA in dentistry has been a lot of reports. The author applied HA repair milk, permanent pulp chamber at the end of wearing, and a 1-year follow-up observation, and the traditional zinc oxide clove oil paste, calcium hydroxide paste comparison.
