本文应用图像分析技术对50例脑膜瘤细胞DNA含量进行定量分析。并探讨肿瘤细胞DNA含量及干系水平与肿瘤的病理特征及临床预后的关系。结果表明肿瘤细胞的DNA含量明显高于正常,其中异倍体肿瘤占28%。肿瘤细胞DNA含量及干系水平与其组织学类型、瘤体大小及局灶性坏死无明显相关,与肿瘤的良恶性、异常核分裂相的出现及临床预后密切相关,瘤细胞DNA干系水平越高,肿瘤越容易复发。细胞DNA含量的定量分析为脑膜瘤的恶性程度判断及预后估计提供了重要信息。
In this paper, 50 cases of meningioma cell DNA content quantitative analysis using image analysis technology. And to explore the tumor DNA content and the relationship between the level and the pathological features of the tumor and clinical prognosis. The results showed that the DNA content of tumor cells was significantly higher than normal, aneuploid tumors accounted for 28%. Tumor cell DNA content and the level of its histological type, tumor size and focal necrosis was not significantly correlated with the benign and malignant tumors, the occurrence of abnormal mitotic phase and clinical prognosis is closely related to tumor cells higher levels of DNA, tumor The more likely to relapse. Quantitative analysis of cellular DNA content provides important information for the judgment of malignancy and prognosis of meningioma.
