眼压的测量是预防、早期发现青光眼的重要措施。眼压计分为压平与压陷两类。非接触眼压计(Non-Cotnact-Tonometer,简称NCT)虽属压平眼压计,但与Goldmann氏压平眼压计不同,它不须接触眼球。其结构主要由三个系统即气流系统(准确输出随时间递增的气体冲力);压平监视系统(检验角膜压平瞬间的情况)及校准系统(使器械与角膜成准线达到效准)所组成。总之,此仪器是利用现代科技综合电子、光学气动系统,即通过气动昹冲力压平角膜中央部分,再由光学、电子系统检出眼压,立即以mmHg数字显示报出。
IOP measurement is an important measure to prevent early detection of glaucoma. Tonometer divided into two types of flattening and depression. Non-contact tonometer (Non-Cotnact-Tonometer, referred to as NCT) is a tonometer, but unlike the Goldmann’s tonometer, it does not need to touch the eye. The structure consists of three systems, namely the airflow system (which accurately outputs gas-impulses that increase in time); a flattening monitoring system (which detects the instantaneous condition of the cornea) and a calibration system composition. In short, this instrument is the use of modern science and technology integrated electronic, optical pneumatic system, that is, through pneumatic 昹 impacted the central part of the cornea, and then detected by optical and electronic systems intraocular pressure, mmHg figures immediately reported.
