目的对80例优甲乐治疗甲状腺的临床疗效进行分析。方法资料选自2012年6月-2013年6月在我院救治的原发性甲状腺功能减退患者160例。研究组采用优甲乐治疗,对照组采用甲状腺片治疗,比较两组患者的疗效情况。结果比较两组患者的疗效情况,研究组的总有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组78.7%,两组数据的比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者不良反应的方发生情况,研究组不良反应的发生率为10%,对照组为22.5%,两组患者不良反应发生率的比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用甲乐治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退,其疗效优于甲状腺片,并且不良反应的发生情况相对较少,值得在临床广泛应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of thyroid gland treatment in 80 cases of Euthyrox.
