研究了以介孔二氧化硅为分散相、以聚乙二醇为连续相的剪切增稠流体(STF)对聚乳酸(PLA)的增塑作用。首先探究了介孔二氧化硅不同用量的STF的流变性能,用旋转流变仪测定了STF的动态流变行为;然后通过熔融共混的方法将STF按不同配比添加到PLA中,研究了剪切增稠现象对PLA增塑效果及力学性能的影响。结果表明:在动态条件下,介孔二氧化硅用量较低时STF的剪切增稠效果较好;介孔二氧化硅用量为20%时,STF增塑PLA效果最佳。
The plasticization effect of polylactic acid (PLA) on the shear thickening fluid (STF) using mesoporous silica as the dispersed phase and polyethylene glycol as the continuous phase was studied. Firstly, the rheological properties of STFs with different amounts of mesoporous silica were investigated. The dynamic rheological behavior of STFs was determined by a rotational rheometer. Then, STFs were added to PLA at different ratios by means of melt blending. Effect of Shear Thickening on PLA Plasticizing Effect and Mechanical Properties. The results show that under the dynamic conditions, the shear thickening effect of STF is better when the amount of mesoporous silica is lower. When the amount of mesoporous silica is 20%, STF plasticized PLA has the best effect.
