目的探讨甲状腺功能减退对雄性大鼠睾丸组织金属元素水平的影响,为甲减及碘缺乏病的防治提供理论依据。方法健康雄性Wistar大鼠20只,按体重随机分为2组:生理盐水组(对照组)和甲减组(按1 ml/100 g体重/只,每日灌服0.1%丙硫氧嘧啶),共8周,每3天称体质量。灌胃结束次日处死大鼠,摘取睾丸组织,原子吸收分光光度计测定睾丸组织中会属元素钙(Ca)、锌(Zn)、和镁(Mg)水平。结果甲减组大鼠体质量灌胃第30天和第60天与对照组比较降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。金属元素,甲减组Ca、Mg和Zn与对照组比较均降低,其中元素Ca和Zn差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺功能减退可影响雄性大鼠睾丸组织金属元素含量,损害大鼠生殖系统。
Objective To investigate the effect of hypothyroidism on the levels of testicular metal elements in male rats and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of hypothyroidism and iodine deficiency disorders. Methods Twenty healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups according to body weight: saline group (control group) and hypothyroidism group (0.1% propylthiouracil daily at 1 ml / 100 g body weight per day) , A total of 8 weeks, weighing every 3 days body mass. Rats were sacrificed on the following day after gavage, testicular tissues were harvested and elemental Ca, Zn and Mg levels were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results Compared with the control group, the body weight of hypothyroid rats decreased on the 30th and the 60th days after treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The contents of Ca, Mg and Zn in the metal and hypothyroidism groups were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Hypothyroidism can affect the content of metal elements in testis tissue of male rats and impair the reproductive system of rats.
