利用肾包膜下体内侵袭模型,对小鼠肺腺癌具不同转移潜能亚系LA1、LAD和LA5的体内侵袭能力进行比较观察。结果表明:3个亚系的体内侵袭均呈进行性,瘤组织侵袭生长区面积不断增大,所占总面积的百分比不断升高。其中转移潜能较强的LA5亚系侵袭程度、瘤组织所占面积的百分比均较高,显示了较强的体内侵袭能力;转移潜能较弱的LAD居中;不转移的LA1亚系瘤组织侵袭程度、所占面积的百分比均较低。3个亚系的体内侵袭能力与其转移潜能相一致.
The invagination ability of LA1, LAD and LA5 with different metastatic potential subtypes in lung adenocarcinoma of mice was observed by using the model of intima subintimal invasion. The results showed that in vivo invasion of all three sublines was progressive, the area of tumor growth area increased and the percentage of total area increased. Among them, the invasion potential of LA5 subline with stronger metastasis potential was higher, the percentage of tumor tissue occupied area was higher, which showed strong invasion ability in vivo; LAD with weakened metastatic potential was center; invasion degree of non-metastatic LA1 subline tumor tissue , The percentage of area occupied is low. The in vivo invasive ability of the 3 sublines is consistent with their metastatic potential.
