目的 :研究黄芪合剂对小鼠被动吸烟所致损害的保护作用。方法 :采用水迷宫法观察被动吸烟及黄芪合剂对学习记忆的影响。采用血红蛋白和丙氨酸氨基转移酶为指标观察被动吸烟及黄芪合剂对它的影响。结果 :被动吸烟可以降低学习记忆能力 ,黄芪合剂可以改善学习记忆能力。被动吸烟可以升高血红蛋白和丙氨酸氨基转移酶 ,黄芪合剂可以降低血红蛋白和丙氨酸氨基转移酶。结论 :黄芪合剂对小鼠被动吸烟所致损害有保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Astragalus membranaceus mixture on mice induced by passive smoking. Methods: The effects of passive smoking and astragalus on learning and memory were observed by water maze test. Using hemoglobin and alanine aminotransferase as indicators to observe the passive smoking and astragalus mixture on it. Results: Passive smoking can reduce learning and memory ability, astragalus mixture can improve learning and memory ability. Passive smoking can increase hemoglobin and alanine aminotransferase, Astragalus mixture can reduce hemoglobin and alanine aminotransferase. Conclusion: Astragalus mixture on mice caused by passive smoking have a protective effect.
