新河煤矿一号井从1974年开始,生产布局的中心从—110水平向下延深,以开采深部山西组煤层为主。由于山西组煤层的下伏地层为含水丰富的太原群石灰岩,层间距小,静水压力大,所以在开采过程中防止煤层底板突水的问题比较突出。为了做到保证安全回采,又能尽量少排水,节约排水费用,我们对深部山西组煤层进行了“带压开采”。
No.1 Well in Xinhe Coal Mine Since 1974, the center of the production layout has been extended downwards from -110 level to dominate the deep coal seams in Shanxi Province. Because the underlying formation of coal seam in Shanxi Formation is limestone with rich water content in Taiyuan Group, the spacing between layers is small and the hydrostatic pressure is large. Therefore, the problem of preventing water inrush from coal seam floor during the mining process is prominent. In order to ensure safe mining, but also to minimize drainage, drainage costs savings, we have deep coal seam in Shanxi conducted a “pressure mining.”
