目的:探讨长期低剂量慢性辐射对特殊环境工作人员口腔疾病发病情况的影响,了解相关人员口腔卫生行为现状情况,以便客观分析特殊环境工作人员的口腔健康状况,为进一步提高防护能力提供依据。方法:采用世界卫生组织公布的口腔健康调查基本方法和标准器材,并根据实际情况需要设定了口腔健康调查项目,参考最新WHO标准,对特殊环境工作人员口腔卫生行为现状进行问卷调查分析,获得数据进行统计分析。结果:半数以上(57.5%)不使用漱口水。在不同文化程度组间,通常使用什么类型的漱口水各组间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。极少有使用牙线者(1.2%)。88.6%调查对象很少或不使用牙签。在不同文化程度组间,是否有使用牙签的习惯各组间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:特殊环境工作人员对使用漱口水、选择适合的漱口水及使用牙线、牙签进行口腔保健的意识薄弱,相关保健知识缺乏,提示我们在口腔保健知识方面的健康教育和预防治疗措施有待加强。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of long-term, low-dose chronic radiation on the incidence of oral diseases in special environmental workers and to understand the status quo of oral health behaviors of related personnel in order to objectively analyze the oral health status of special environmental workers and provide the basis for further improving their protective ability. Methods: According to the basic method and standard equipment of oral health survey published by the World Health Organization (WHO), and according to the actual situation, an oral health investigation project was set up. According to the latest WHO standards, the current situation of oral health behaviors of special environmental workers was investigated and analyzed. Data for statistical analysis. Results: More than half (57.5%) did not use mouthwash. There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the groups of different types of mouthwashes commonly used in different education levels. Very few people who use floss (1.2%). 88.6% of respondents with little or no toothpicks. There was a significant difference among the different groups (P <0.05) in the habit of using toothpicks. Conclusions: Weak awareness of mouthwash, selection of suitable mouthwash, flossing and toothpicks, and lack of relevant health care knowledge by special environmental workers suggest that our health education and prevention and treatment measures in oral health care need to be strengthened .
