我厂12和13号炉是上海锅炉厂设计制造的50415型燃煤锅炉。从1985年和1986年分别投产后出现吸风量不足,机组的出力因此而受到限制,最严重的时侯125MW机组的实际出力只有100MW左右。造成吸风量不足的原因有很多,如锅炉实际使用的风量偏大;烟道严重破损造成大量漏风;空气预热器严重堵灰,通风阻力增大等等。而省煤器炉墙密封结构失效也是造成锅炉大量漏风的主要原因之一。对原有的炉墙密封结构进行了分析之后,找到了密封失效的原因,并着手进行了改进,从而解决了这一问题。
Our 12 # and 13 # furnaces are designed and manufactured by Shanghai Boiler Works for Type 50415 coal-fired boilers. From 1985 and 1986, respectively, put into operation after the lack of suction, the unit’s output is therefore limited, the most serious Hou 125MW unit actual output is only about 100MW. As a result, there are many reasons for the insufficient amount of suction air, such as large air volume actually used in the boiler, large amount of air leakage caused by severe flue gas damage, serious ash plugging of the air preheater, increased ventilation resistance and the like. The economizer furnace wall seal structure failure is also caused by a large number of air leakage boiler one of the main reasons. After analyzing the original structure of the furnace wall seal, the cause of the seal failure was found, and the improvement was proceeded to solve the problem.
