在天津塘沽新港,一座现代的银色大厦耸立在渤海之滨,这就是天津港务局综合业务大楼,也是天津港务局经过十年快速发展后迈入新世纪的标志性建筑。中共十六大和全国十届人大的胜利召开,犹如暖风吹拂着天津,更给天津港带来了前所未有的发展机遇。为了解天津港改革开放以来特别是近十年的发展,展望天津港今后发展的宏伟蓝图,我们特地走访了天津港务局现任党委书记、原局长王恩德。刚当选为“中国创业企业家”的王书记,深有感慨地回顾了天津港的发展历程,满怀信心地畅谈了天津港下一步的发展目标。
In Tianjin’s Tanggu New Port, a modern silver tower stands on the coast of the Bohai Sea. This is the integrated business building of Tianjin Port Authority and the landmark building of Tianjin Port Authority that has entered the new century after a decade of rapid development. The victory of the 16th National Congress of the CPC and the 10th National People’s Congress took place as if the warmth of wind blew through Tianjin and brought unprecedented opportunities for development to Tianjin Port. In order to understand the development of Tianjin Port since the reform and opening up, especially in the recent decade, and looking forward to the grand blueprint for the future development of Tianjin Port, we specially visited Wang Ende, party secretary and former director of Tianjin Port Authority. Mr. Wang, who was just elected as “China’s Entrepreneurial Entrepreneur,” profoundly recalled the history of Tianjin Port and talked with confidence about the next development goal of Tianjin Port.
