目的:探讨超微脂康饮对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的脂肪细胞因子影响。方法:采用健康清洁级SD大鼠,以高脂饲料诱导建立NAFLD大鼠模型,将造模组随机分为模型对照组、超微脂康饮高、中、低剂量组、二甲双胍组,设空白组。分别给药6周后,收集血清和组织标本,计算肝脏指数,观察肝组织病理形态变化;检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FBG);检测肝匀浆TC、TG、游离脂肪酸(FFA)及血清FFA、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、瘦素(LP)、脂联素(APN)。结果:模型组大鼠呈中至重度肝细胞脂肪变;与模型组比较,二甲双胍组、超微脂康饮高、中、低剂量组肝组织TC、FFA及血清TC、TG、FFA水平均降低(P<0.05);模型组的FINS、FIRI高于二甲双胍组、超微脂康饮高、中、低剂量组、空白组(P<0.05);模型组、二甲双胍组、超微脂康饮高、中、低剂量组的血清LP水平均高于空白组(P<0.05);模型组血清LP水平高于二甲双胍组、超微脂康饮高、中、低剂量组(P<0.05);各组间TNF-α和APN水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超微脂康饮对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的肝脏脂肪变有保护作用,其作用机制可能为改善瘦素抵抗,增加胰岛素敏感性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ultramicroxiphonin on adipocytokines in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods: NAFLD rats were induced by high-fat diet by using healthy and clean SD rats. The rats in model group were randomly divided into model control group, high, medium and low dosage groups, metformin group, group. After 6 weeks of administration, serum and tissue samples were collected, liver index was calculated, pathological changes of liver were observed, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), fasting blood glucose (FBG) , TG, free fatty acid (FFA), serum FFA, FINS, TNF-α, LP and APN. Results: Compared with model group, the levels of TC, FFA, TC, TG and FFA in liver tissue of high, medium and low dose metformin group and the model group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). The levels of FINS and FIRI in the model group were higher than those in the metformin group, the high, medium and low doses of the model group (P <0.05), the model group, the metformin group, (P <0.05). The level of serum LP in the model group was higher than that in the metformin group and the model group (P <0.05), and the level of LP in the middle and low dose groups was higher than that in the blank group There was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of TNF-α and APN (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Weiweikangyin has a protective effect on hepatic steatosis in non-alcoholic fatty liver rats, and its mechanism may be to improve leptin resistance and increase insulin sensitivity.
