校长作为一所学校的最高领导和核心,是学校管理与规划发展的主要决策者,也是教育教学的组织者。在新课改背景下小学教学备受重视,如何对学校进行个性化管理是众多校长值得深究与认真思考的课题,这影响着教育质量的提升和学生的发展。本文针对小学校长如何实施学校个性化管理进行着重研究和探析,同时提出部分科学的管理策略。
As the top leader and core of a school, the principal is the chief decision-maker in the development of school management and planning as well as the organizer of education and teaching. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, primary education has drawn much attention. How to personalize the management of schools is a topic that many presidents deserve to study deeply and seriously, which affects the quality of education and the development of students. This paper focuses on how primary school principals how to implement personalized school management research and analysis, at the same time put forward some scientific management strategies.
