针对定向井分层注水的现状 ,对定向井分注工具和分注管柱进行了研制和合理配置。在分注管柱中使用JSY341 - 1 1 5斜井封隔器和液力扶正器 ,解决了常规封隔器在斜井和水平井段中封隔器坐封胶筒不居中的技术难题 ;配水器的水嘴投捞采用液力投捞原理 ,解决了配水器在定向井中应用水嘴投捞难的技术难题 ;分注管柱实施锚定或支撑到人工井底 ,克服了管柱因注水压力不平稳等原因造成的管柱蠕动现象 ;分层测试实现了实际工况各单层分测 :即测分层注入量和分层压力。
According to the status quo of stratified water injection in directional wells, the directional well injection tools and the dispensing columns were developed and rationally configured. The JSY341 - 115 inclined - shaft packer and the hydraulic centralizer are used in the dispensing column to solve the technical problem that the conventional packer does not center the packer seat bowl in the inclined shaft and the horizontal shaft section.
