小学教育是教育的基础部分,班级是学生最主要的学习场所,班级管理直接影响着学校的教学质量,而对小学的管理直接影响着小学生未来的发展。然而,从小学班级管理现状来看,班主任能游刃有余地处理好日常事务,但对偶发事件的处理还存在很多问题,由于偶发事件的发生率不高,所以班主任很难凭借经验处理。但是,偶发事件又有它发生的必然性,我们必须加以重视。在此,笔者针对偶发事件的特点来提出一些处理的措施。 Primary education is the basic part of education.
