针对四辊可逆式异步冷轧机的板形控制问题,深入研究了调节板形三种执行机构的作用,提出了板形仪输出数据的处理方法。在此基础上进行了板形闭环控制系统的整体设计。
In view of the shape control of four-roller reversing asynchronization cold rolling mill, the effect of adjusting the three actuators of plate-shape is deeply studied, and the output data processing method of plate-shaped instrument is proposed. On this basis, the overall design of the plate-shaped closed-loop control system is carried out.
