本文应用自动图像分析系统,对断裂力学试样断口几何参数的自动测量过程及要点进行了描述。结果表明:该方法不仅克服了显微镜下人工目测的不足,而且所得数据具有科学性和重现性,还可以对整个断口裂纹的形状加以描述。
In this paper, an automatic image analysis system is used to describe the automatic measurement process and key points of the fracture geometry parameters of the fracture mechanics specimen. The results show that this method not only overcomes the deficiency of artificial visualization under the microscope, but also obtains scientific and reproducible data. It can also describe the shape of the entire fracture.
