保险营销课程是高职高专保险类课程体系中专业性与实践性很强的一门专业课程,对于高职高专毕业生而言,随着社会经济的发展需要,保险营销专业的课程体系建设更应该突出实践性强的特点,不断根据社会及企业的需求,调整课程体系,培养出具有实战能力的技术型、应用型保险营销人才。本文从保险营销实训课程建设的现状出发,提出相应的解决对策。
