本研究以公认测量血压比较准确的汞柱式血压计听诊为标准,通过比较英国OxfordMedilog动态血压监测记录仪测得的血压值,观察了该记录仪测量血压的准确性。在测量中以三通管将汞柱式血压计与英国OxfordMedilog动态血压监测记录仪相连,在记录仪测量血压的同时进行听诊。又在人为设计的可能影响其测量准确性的状态下,进行了测量对比。结果表明,该记录仪准确性较好,尤以测量收缩压更加准确。各状态下,仅在记录仪传感器相对于袖带垂直方向上下移动时产生非常显著的误差,提示在实际测量时应该避免这一错误操作。
In this study, the auscultation of a mercury-based sphygmomanometer, which is known to accurately measure blood pressure, was used as a standard. By comparing the blood pressure values measured by Oxford Medilo’s ambulatory blood pressure monitoring recorder in the United Kingdom, the accuracy of blood pressure measurement by the recorder was observed. In the measurement, the mercury sphygmomanometer was connected to the Oxford Medilo Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor and Recorder by a three-way tube and auscultation was performed while the recorder was measuring blood pressure. In the state of artificial design that may affect the accuracy of its measurement, measurement comparisons were made. The results show that the recorder has good accuracy, and more accurate measurement of systolic blood pressure. In each state, a very significant error occurs only when the recorder sensor moves up and down with respect to the vertical direction of the cuff, suggesting that this erroneous operation should be avoided during actual measurement.
