杨永安,1949年生于北京。自幼喜欢书画,1992年5月拜师于著名山水画大家梁树年先生学习山水画。现为北京市美术家协会理事,海淀区美术家协会副主席。
Yang Yongan, born in 1949 in Beijing. Since childhood, he liked painting and calligraphy. In May 1992, he studied landscape painting with Mr. Liang Shu-nian, a famous landscape artist. Now Beijing Artists Association, Haidian District Artists Association vice chairman.
