正确确定四辊轧机的工作辊系挠度和液压弯辊力,不仅对于轧辊辊型的合理设计、旧轧机的改造、新轧机的研制所必需,并且对生产操作实现自动控制亦有重要意义。 本文是以作者早年对工程力学初参数法理论和文克尔型弹性基础梁简化计算法的研究为基础,对液压弯辊四辊轧机的工作辊系挠度以及液压弯辊力的合理确定,独立提出一套新的设计方法和公式。本文提出的计算方法,计入了液压弯辊力、工作辊与支承辊之间的不均匀弹性压扁及其单位压力分布,考虑了支承辊的截面变化、支辊承剪切变形对弯曲挠度的影响。
