英语搭配是英语学习的一个难点,同时也是语言学界的一个热点议题。通过对高职高专学生的英语形名搭配错误的分类和统计分析发现,高职高专英语学习者掌握英语形名搭配的水平普遍偏低,其错误的主要类型是:语际错误和语内错误,而引起错误的主要原因是母语负迁移,直接翻译,近义词互换。根据分析结果为英语教学提出建议:英语教学应重视词汇搭配,增强学生搭配意识;词汇搭配教学应侧重讲解整体意思取构成词的引申义、比喻义的搭配和结构不对等的搭配。
English collocation is a difficult point in English learning, but also a hot topic in linguistics. Through the classification and statistical analysis of English collocations of students in higher vocational colleges, we find that English learners in vocational colleges generally have a low standard of English collocation. The main types of errors are: interlingual errors and language Internal errors, and the main cause of errors is the negative transfer of native language, direct translation, synonyms exchange. According to the result of the analysis, we put forward suggestions for English teaching: English teaching should emphasize vocabulary matching and enhance students’ awareness of collocation; vocabulary collocation teaching should focus on explaining the overall meaning of quotations, metaphorical collocation and structural mismatch.
