本文对碟形弹簧的受力特性进行了分析,导出了考虑摩擦力影响时碟形弹簧的荷载—变形关系;分析了碟形弹簧恢复系数的影响因素,提出了用碟形弹簧组合刚度来反映其恢复系数的设想,并用指数函数来拟合,得到了碟形弹簧恢复系数与其组合刚度的关系。碟形弹簧桩帽可以按不同的组合方式取得各种所需的参数,本文编制了打桩优化计算程序,在一定的桩、土和锤的条件下,找到了打桩的最佳参数组合。最后,经考核可知,选择计算得到的最佳参数能明显地提高打桩的效率,同时又能较好地保证打桩的质量。
In this paper, the force characteristics of the disc spring are analyzed, and the load-deformation relationship of the disc spring is considered when considering the influence of friction; the influencing factors of the disc spring’s recovery coefficient are analyzed, and the discreet spring stiffness is used to reflect the stiffness of the disc spring. The idea of the coefficient of restitution is fitted with an exponential function, and the relationship between the recovery coefficient of the disc spring and its combined stiffness is obtained. The disc spring pile cap can obtain all kinds of required parameters according to different combinations. In this paper, the optimization calculation program for pile driving is compiled. Under certain pile, soil and hammer conditions, the optimal parameter combination of pile driving is found. Finally, after examination, it can be seen that choosing the best calculated parameters can significantly improve the efficiency of piling, and at the same time, it can better ensure the quality of piling.
