一、群众路线的民主性与科学性一切为了群众,一切从人民的利益出发,全心全意为人民服务,是党的群众路线的根本出发点。党的领导干部必须反映最广大人民群众的意志,体现最广大人民群众的根本利益要求,即必须具有民主性。民主性越高,广大群众的意志与利益就体现得越充分。一切依靠群众,相信群众能够自己解放自己,是党的群众路线的立足点。领导干部必须从本质上认清群众的智慧、力量和首创精神,从中吸取营养,形成正确的路线、方针、政策,体现出科学性。
I. Democracy and Science in the Mass Line In the interest of the masses, everything from the interests of the people and serving the people wholeheartedly is the fundamental starting point of the party’s mass line. The leading cadres of the party must reflect the will of the broadest masses of people and reflect the fundamental interest requirement of the overwhelming majority of the people, that is, they must be democratic. The more democratic the more the will and interests of the general public will be manifested. All rely on the masses and believe that the masses can liberate themselves by themselves are the starting point for the party’s mass line. Leading cadres must understand clearly from the masses the wisdom, strength and initiative of the masses, derive nutrition from them, form the correct line, guidelines and policies, and demonstrate the scientific nature.
