采用微波消解-邻二氮菲分光光度法测定高炉渣中的全铁含量。研究了消解试剂种类的选择以及消解时间、功率和温度对消解效果的影响,并考察了Fe()与邻二氮菲络合的最佳条件。结果表明:加入15mL(1+1)HCl和1mL HF,20min可将样品消解完全;在pH=5.0的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中Fe()与邻二氮菲形成稳定的橙红色配合物,在其最大吸收波长510nm处直接测定铁含量,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.02%—3.56%,加标回收率在95%以上。该方法已很好地应用于高炉渣样品中全铁的测定,结果准确、可靠。
Determination of total iron in blast furnace slag by microwave digestion - phenanthroline spectrophotometry. The choice of digestion reagent type and the influence of digestion time, power and temperature on the digestion effect were studied. The optimal conditions for the complexation of Fe () with o-phenanthroline were also investigated. The results showed that the sample was completely digested with 15mL (1 + 1) HCl and 1mL HF for 20min, and the stable orange-red complex was formed between Fe () and phenanthroline in acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution at pH = The iron content was directly measured at its maximum absorption wavelength of 510 nm, with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 2.02% -3.56% and spiked recoveries above 95%. The method has been applied to the determination of total iron in blast furnace slag samples with accurate and reliable results.
