目的:应用克隆酶免疫分析(CEDIA)技术测定地高辛浓度,指导临床科学用药。方法:克隆酶免疫分析技术。结果:与放射免疫分析方法(RIA)进行相关实验,结果r=0.9265相关良好。检测206例患者,非中毒病人151例,中毒病人55例,其中10例病人临床表现为地高辛中毒症状,血中地高辛浓度测定9例高于正常,诊断符合率90%。结论:该方法稳定、方便、快速,实验数据与临床表现基本吻合,可用于地高辛中毒病人的急症检测
OBJECTIVE: To determine the concentration of digoxin by cloning enzyme immunoassay (CEDIA) and to guide the use of clinical medicine. Methods: Clone enzyme immunoassay technique. Results: Radioimmunoassay method (RIA) was used to perform related experiments. The result was good with r = 0.9265. Totally 206 patients were examined, 151 non-poisoning patients and 55 poisoning patients. Among them, 10 patients had symptoms of digoxin poisoning. Nine patients with digoxin concentration in blood were higher than normal, and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 90%. Conclusion: The method is stable, convenient and rapid, and the experimental data are in good agreement with the clinical manifestations. It can be used in the emergency detection of patients with digoxin poisoning
