华侨大学建筑设计院成立于1985年,是华侨大学全资企业,隶属国务院侨办,持有住房和城乡建设部颁发的建筑行业(建筑工程)甲级、环境工程(废水)专项工程设计甲级证书,城乡规划编制乙级证书、文物保护工程勘察设计乙级证书。下设方案所、建筑所、结构所、设备所、智能化所、环保所、文保所、BIM中心及多个教师工作室。现有职工83人,其中专业技术人员76人,高级职称43人,中级职称19人,拥有国家一级注册建筑师9人,国家一级注册结构工程师6人,国家注册规划师6人,国家注册电气工程师2人,国家注册公用设备工
Huaqiao University Architectural Design Institute was established in 1985, is a wholly-owned enterprise of Overseas Chinese University, under the State Council Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, holds the Ministry of Housing and Urban Construction issued by the construction industry (construction) Grade A, environmental engineering (wastewater) Certificate, urban and rural planning B certificate, cultural relics protection engineering investigation and design B certificate. Under the plan, the Institute of construction, structure, equipment, intelligent, environmental protection, cultural protection, BIM Center and a number of teacher studios. The existing staff of 83 people, of whom 76 were professional and technical personnel, 43 senior titles, 19 mid-level titles, with 9 national level registered architects, 6 national registered structural engineers, 6 national planners of registration, the country 2 registered electrical engineers, registered national utility workers
