目的为掌握2010年黔西南州各级医疗机构法定传染病网络直报状况,对全州法定传染病网报质量进行评价,为提高网络报告质量提供科学依据。方法利用“疾病监测信息报告管理”系统报告的数据。用Excel进行数据统计分析。结果 2010年共直报法定传染病卡片9845张,医疗机构网络报告率89.29%,不及时报告率9.78%,不及时审核率1.58%,卡片填报不完整率7.29%,填报不准确率3.07%。结论各级责任报告单位对传染病报告的管理力度要加强,明确报告责任,强化培训学习,卫生行政部门要加大对染病报告管理的督导检查,才能提高全州传染病报告的及时性,完整性和准确性。
Objective To understand the status quo of direct reporting of notifiable infectious diseases in medical institutions at all levels in 2010 in Qianxinan Prefecture and evaluate the quality of the statewide notifiable infectious diseases net in order to provide a scientific basis for improving the quality of online reporting. The method uses data reported by the Disease Surveillance Information Report Management system. Using Excel for data statistical analysis. Results A total of 9,845 cards of legal infectious diseases were reported in 2010, 89.29% of which were reported by medical institutions. The rate of not timely reporting was 9.78%, the rate of timely examination was 1.58%, the card incomplete rate was 7.29%, and the inaccuracy rate was 3.07%. Conclusion Responsibility reporting units at all levels should strengthen the management of infectious disease reports, clearly report responsibilities, strengthen training and study, and health administrative departments should intensify the supervision and inspection on the reporting of infectious diseases so as to improve the timeliness and completeness of the statewide infectious disease report Sexuality and accuracy.
