目的:探讨有效减少食管癌手术并发症围术期处理方法。方法:对335例食管癌开胸手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:335例食管癌开胸手术患者中术后并发吻合口瘘3例(0.009%),急性缺血性肠坏死胃穿孔1例,胃排空障碍2例,未发生乳糜胸脓胸和术后再出血,无死亡病例。结论:充分做好术前准备,了解和治疗术前基础疾病,分析和判断患者术前的全身情况和个体差异,规范手术操作,精心术后管理可以预防手术并发症的发生。
Objective: To investigate the perioperative management of operative complications of esophageal cancer. Methods: The clinical data of 335 patients undergoing thoracotomy for esophageal cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Three hundred and thirty-three patients with esophageal carcinoma undergoing thoracotomy were associated with postoperative anastomotic leakage in 3 cases (0.009%), 1 case of acute ischemic intestinal necrosis with gastric perforation, 2 cases of gastric emptying dysfunction, and no chylothorax or empyema. After the bleeding, no deaths. Conclusion: Full preparation for preoperative preparation, understanding and treatment of preoperative basic diseases, analysis and judgment of preoperative general conditions and individual differences, standardizing surgical procedures, careful postoperative management can prevent the occurrence of surgical complications.
