目的:筛选具有人参皂苷转化能力的真菌菌株,用于生产稀有人参皂苷compound K。方法:通过液态发酵,以三七茎叶总皂苷为底物,采用TLC和HPLC-ELSD检测转化产物,从12株植物病原真菌中筛选能够转化产生人参皂苷compoundK的最佳菌株。结果:获得一株高效人参皂苷转化真菌,可以转化产生人参皂苷compound K,该菌株为镰刀属真菌串珠镰孢Fusarium moniliforme。结论:串珠镰孢对三七茎叶总皂苷具有较高的转化效率,有望用于生产制备compound K等低含量高活性的稀有人参皂苷。
OBJECTIVE: To screen fungal strains with ginsenoside conversion ability for the production of rare ginsenoside compound K. Methods: The liquid nitrogen fermentation of Panax notoginseng Saponins was used as the substrate. The products were detected by TLC and HPLC-ELSD. The 12 strains of plant pathogenic fungi were screened for the optimal strains that can produce compound ginsenoside. Results: A highly efficient ginsenoside-transformed fungus was obtained which was transformed into ginsenoside compound K, a Fusarium moniliforme strain of Fusarium. Conclusion: Fusarium moniliforme has high conversion efficiency to total saponins of stem and leaf of Panax notoginseng, and is expected to be used for the preparation of rare ginsenosides with low content and high activity such as compound K.
