随着经济市场化的推进和独立学院转型发展的势头,广西科技大学鹿山学院在近年来办学成功丰硕的基础上获批加入中国应用技术大学(学院联盟),并成为首批4所广西新建本科学校整体转型发展试点学校之一。学校坚持按新机制、新模式办学,努力简称国内高水平特色鲜明的应用技术型大学,而应用型人才培养有别于本科教育,主要以就业为导向,强调技术应用能力。在这种基础下,经济管理学市场营销专业成为学校首批转型试点专业,在理论课程和实践课程设置上做了新的改革与发展,而实习又是实践教学的一个重要环节,学生通过参与实际工作并在实际工作中联系理论知识,能提高学习积极性和创造性,增强学生日后就业竞争力。本文主要介绍目前营销专业实习主要应用模式及在实习过程终出现的问题并提出相应的解决方案,为日后培养应用型人才奠定良好基础。
