在沙漠地区筑路,其自然条件、施工工艺与一般地区有很大的差异,风沙影响增加了工程造价,但现行计价依据中未考虑风沙对公路工程造价的影响。“十一五”期间及今后将会新建、改建多条沙漠公路,有必要对风沙等影响因素进行研究,从而合理确定工程造价。通过对沙漠地区筑路技术及工艺叙述,分析了风沙对人、机械、工程施工、工程实体的影响因素,提出了测算沙漠地区筑路工程定额、增加风沙地区筑路费用定额的建议。
In the desert area, the natural conditions and construction technology have great differences with the general area. The influence of sandstorm increases the project cost, but the current pricing basis does not consider the impact of sandstorm on the highway construction cost. During the “11th Five-Year Plan” period and in the future new or reconstructed multiple desert highways, it is necessary to study the influencing factors such as wind-blown sand so as to reasonably determine the project cost. Through the description of road construction techniques and technology in the desert area, the influencing factors of people, machinery, engineering construction and engineering entity are analyzed. Proposals are proposed to calculate the quota of road construction in desert area and to increase the cost of road construction in sandstorm area.
