患者,男,10岁,1983年8月20日入院。3月前发现左足背外侧有一无痛性肿块,发展缓慢,2月前当地医生穿刺肿块为奶样液及白色颗粒物,肿块不消退,穿刺针眼不愈。无外伤史。其父母系近亲结婚。体检:患孩发育正常,左足背第5跖骨基底部有3.5×3×1.5cm 肿块,高出皮面,不活动,无压痛,触之坚实部分有囊样感,表面有一溃破口约0.1cm,可挤出白色奶样液。x 线片示左足第5跖骨骨皮质未见破坏,骨干及基底部可见3×3cm 钙化阴影呈云片状,界限较清楚,有小囊样透亮区,远端骨骺线、骨
The patient, male, was 10 years old and was admitted to hospital on August 20, 1983. Before 3 months, a painless mass was found on the left side of the left foot. The development progressed slowly.
